Our
Story

From a young age, I felt called to a life of service. That calling first took shape in the mid-1990s through a career in nursing, where I cared for others not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. Over time, I began to see a deeper pattern—many of the challenges we face stem from how far we’ve drifted from the simple, foundational practices that once sustained us.

That realization led our family to intentionally reshape the way we live.

We began integrating farm-raised foods, plant-based medicine, and home-cooked meals made with clean, thoughtfully sourced ingredients into our everyday lives. What started as a personal shift grew into a lifestyle rooted in the belief that true wellness is built from the ground up—through nourishment, stewardship of the land, and a return to what is natural and time-tested.

Today, we raise our own meats and grow nourishing produce, honoring the sacred connection between the soil, the food it produces, and the bodies it sustains. We use plant medicine with intention and respect, cultivate medicinal gardens, and prioritize cooking from scratch—knowing exactly what goes into the meals that fuel our family. Each choice reflects a commitment to living in alignment with how we were designed to thrive.

My husband, Clayton, may not have known where this journey would lead, but together we are building a life and legacy rooted in purpose. Beyond our own family, we are creating opportunities for others to learn, grow, and reconnect. We will be offering classes and hands-on workshops that teach practical skills—from growing and preparing food, to using plant medicine safely and confidently, to creating sustainable rhythms of home and health.

At the heart of it all, we are cultivating a sacred space on our land—a place where the community can gather, slow down, and return to the basics. A place for learning, sharing meals, exchanging wisdom, and restoring the deep connection between mind, body, spirit, and the land.

Our hope is to empower others with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to reclaim their health, deepen their faith, and carry these traditions forward for generations to come.
